Mr. Kellogg, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your services. I am an architect and my operating system was corrupted the day after thanksgiving and I was unable to retrieve any of my data file. I call you and was assured not to worry that you could, not only get my data back, you would also be able to restore my system, and would come to my house to do it. My system is working fine now and, just like you told me, I can now access all of my data. Rest assure if I have any computer problems, or upgrades, in the future I will use Microtech Solutions, Inc.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your perseverance in saving my pictures and documents. The photos you were able to save, were of my family and my children. We put them on the computer to keep them safe, because the originals were becoming yellowed with age. My photos were from the 1940s all the way to the present and most were irreplaceable. I was crushed when the repair shop I took my computer to, told me my hard drive was damaged beyond repair.

I brought my computer to Microtech Solutions to remove spyware on it and you offered to look at my old hard drive for free. My husband and I brought Kevin the hard drive and you confirmed that the hard drive was bad. You said you would keep trying. We didn't think you would be able to save it but we impressed that you said you would keep trying. We were shocked when Kevin called us a few weeks later and told us that he was able to save all our data. I can't thank-you enough and I would appreciate if you would put this on your web site.

We took our computer to a big department store and they said they had to ship it out to their repair facility to recover our data. We received a quote for over twelve-hundred dollars with no guarantee of recovery. We told them we could not afford that and went to the store to pickup our computer. While we were standing in line a man in line overheard us talking and told us to call you. We told him never mind but he called Kevin Kellogg from his cell phone and just handed his phone to us. Kevin told us to bring our computer to him and are (we) ever glad we did. I am not very good with computers, but my husband said anyone that got as excited as you did working on our 8 year old computer, really knows computers. I must admit, I was not very encouraged at first. Kevin hooked our hard drive to his computer and I can't believe how quickly he was able to recover our information and pictures. He saved our data and then fixed it and put it back in our computer. It started up like nothing was ever wrong Our computer is working perfectly! What follows is a brief description of the situation that Mr. Kellogg helped me with. He provided me with a great confidence dealing with the computer company to get a replacement computer. When he came to my business and performed the work on my computer he assured me that the new computer I received was, in fact, not working properly rather than infected with a virus as they had suggested. It is essential that I have a computer to run my business, and the fact that he came to my store to work on my computer made it immensely easier on me. I have receipt printers, cash registers, printers etc, all hooked into the machine, so dismantling the setup only to have it sit on the shelf of most computer repair shops for a week (as I was quoted by them), was simply not an option. He was prompt and efficient in determining the issues with my computer, and in fact, removed some redundancies in software resulting in a faster machine.

I am happy with this company. We live near Amicalola Falls and we could not get anyone to come up to where we live. We did get one man, but he told us our computer was old and we would need to buy a new one. We called this man, Kevin Kellogg, who not only drove up within two hours, but he fixed our computer, got our TDS DSL working in 30 minutes, made it go much faster, cleaned the virus off the computer and helped us how to buy virus protection online within an hour. He helped our kids with their games, which never worked before. We will call him again. He told us what he could do and did it under what we told him we had to spend.
